In July 2021, the mobile carriers AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile introduced 10DLC and The Campaign Registry to further minimize unsolicited and spam communication.
These programs have allowed the carriers to more closely vet business text messaging, giving businesses faster sending speeds, higher message volume, and better delivery rates.
The carriers charge a set of fees for businesses to register and send text messages and take advantage of those benefits.
Skipio covers a portion of these costs. For a full breakdown of what you may be responsible for, view this FAQ.
Due to new regulations and verification processes put in place by the mobile carriers, it may be 5-10 business days before you’re allowed to send messages with Skipio.
Those days aren’t wasted though! You still get access to Skipio to set up your account, create drip messaging campaign, install integrations, and do everything else that will make your first messages even more effective!
Every account comes with unlimited inbound messages. You are only limited on your outbound messages, where overages may apply.
Your subscription and billing cycle begins on the day you sign up for Skipio. This is your subscription renewal date.
Invoices are emailed to you monthly on this date and include your subscription cost plus any overages you may have incurred since the beginning of the previous month.
You sign in to your Skipio account straight from a web browser at app.skipio.com — we recommend Google Chrome for the best performance.
