Do I have to sign a contract?

There are no contracts and you can cancel anytime. You pay for each month upfront, so if you cancel, you can continue using your account for the rest of that month.

What type of customer support do I receive?

Every user gets access to our Success Center — it’s the first thing you see when you sign in to your account. There you’ll find tutorials, how-to articles, and strategy guides. You can also join one of our groups on Facebook. Finally, we offer email support for more complicated questions.

Will I get charged per text?

Your account comes with unlimited one-to-one texting from the Message Center. It’s perfect for two-way conversations with your customers. You are only limited on your automated messages, where overages may apply.

Can I change or cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Skipio is a month-to-month subscription that you pay for upfront each month. If you cancel, you can continue using your account for the rest of that month.

Will I have to change my main phone number?

Your business number won’t change. Skipio provides you with an additional 10-digit phone number with a local area code. When your customers call your Skipio number, the call will be forwarded to a number of your choice.

Is this online, or do I download a software?

You sign into your Skipio account straight from your web browser. You can also download the mobile app to access your Skipio contacts, conversations, etc. anytime, anywhere.

I’m not tech savvy. Will I be able to use this?

Absolutely! If you’re familiar with checking your email inbox and sending text messages, using Skipio for your customer communication is a piece of cake!

What is considered an "outbound automated message"?

Outbound automated messages include campaign messages, appointment and event reminders, scheduled messages, group messages, and Ringless Voicemails.
