Do I have to sign a contract?
For accounts billed monthly, there are no contracts and you can cancel anytime.
For accounts billed annually, you sign a year-long contract and you will be charged once at the discounted rate shown above. The discount equates to one month of free service! Each year you have the option to renew your contract at the discounted rate.
What type of customer support do I receive?
Every user has access to the Resource Center: a collection of tutorials, training videos, and articles about all things Skipio. For specific questions, email [email protected].
Am I charged per text?
Every account comes with unlimited inbound text messages. You are only limited on your outbound messages, where overages may apply.
Can I change or cancel my account at any time?
It’s a month-to-month subscription that you pay for upfront each month. If you cancel, you can continue using your account for the rest of that month.
How do I access Skipio?
You sign in to your Skipio account straight from a web browser — we recommend Google Chrome for the best performance. You should also download the mobile app to access your Skipio contacts, conversations, etc. anytime, anywhere.
